Jeremy George has a comprehensive background of over 18 years in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industries. He began his career in telecommunications as an install and service technician and earn the training and certifications to become a Telecommunications Engineer. Jeremy also specialized as a design and lead implementation expert on PBX systems and large call centers.
As telecommunications evolved, he diversified his skill set by branching into Networking and Information Technology. Jeremy earned the following highly regarding certifications: Microsoft MCP, Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP, SonicWALL CSSA, A+, McAfee MCP, Shoretel VoIP, and numerous other certifications on security and VoIP products and services.
Jeremy has worked with three different consulting firms in the Cleveland/Akron area before deciding there was a better approach to delivering IT Services to businesses. Jeremy and his partners created Integrated IT Group. Jeremy has structure Integrated IT Group with the goal of providing the highest level service possible to businesses in the SMB space.
Douglas W. Holbert
President, CFO, and Chief Engineer
As President and CFO, Mr. Holbert holds various managerial roles and oversees operations at Integrated IT Group.
Mr. Holbert began his career as a Network Administrator and Systems Analyst at The Carousel Dinner Theatre in Akron, Ohio, where he managed, maintained, and performed a full system upgrade, including a 12-year-old ticketing system. He next worked for CBiz Network Solutions as a Network & Systems Engineer, where he managed several small and medium business systems and played a major role in two enterprise size (500+ users/20+ locations) business system upgrade, consolidation, and management.
After four successful years at CBiz Network Solutions, the company was affected by a declining economy, and shut down.
Mr. Holbert’s Bachelor’s in Business Administrator degree and course work in Management & Information Systems from Kent State University has heavily contributed to the success of Integrated IT Group.
Mr. Holbert is a member of MISA (Management Information Systems Association of KSU), KSU Alumni Assoc., and various charity organizations, such as Team in Training – Athletic events to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Autism Speaks Cleveland Chapter, and regularly participates in other charitable events in Cleveland and the surrounding areas.
Mr. Holbert and Integrated IT Group are also active members of The Cuyahoga Valley and Greater Akron Areas Chambers of Commerce. He believes that being actively involved in the community is a requirement for success, and helps to build a stronger society with stronger businesses.
Director of Business Development
David Nervo has a combined 12 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industries. Working exclusively in business development and customer service in different industries such as health care, software transportation and CAD/CAM seating, David brings a different aspect and methodology to service in the telecommunication and I.T. industries.
